About the artist

Red Guru: independent London music artist.

A London-based independent artist, singer-songwriter and producer bringing years of musical instinct into a new, technology-assisted creative chapter.

The story

Ideas kept until their moment arrives.

Red Guru is the artist project of Milton Fowlin, a London musician whose relationship with melody reaches back to his teenage years. His work is shaped by a broad listening history: classical music, hip-hop, Motown, soul, R&B, blues, rock, gospel and electronic production all leave traces without defining the whole.

Some songs begin with hooks remembered or stored for years. Others arrive as a fresh hum, rhythm or lyrical question. Red Guru develops those starting points through writing, performance, production decisions and AI-assisted experimentation, choosing the direction that best carries the emotion of the original idea.

The 2026 catalogue includes the reflective album Deep and Conscious, the cinematic single The Tide and the five-track EP How Do You Want It. Across those releases, the constant is not one genre but a recognisable interest in self-knowledge, resilience, connection and change.

A separate instrumental project

My Mind by Milton Fowlin

The creator behind Red Guru, Milton Fowlin, is also a songwriter, producer and musician. My Mind is an 11-track instrumental album produced and played by Milton Fowlin, released on 4 July 2010.

Separate catalogue: My Mind is Milton Fowlin’s instrumental work and is not a Red Guru release. Its official YouTube album playlist features the CD Baby–delivered art tracks for the complete album.
